We’re hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to become the financial backbone of a fast-growing, CPG-adjacent packaging company. This is a high-impact role for someone who is looking to take part in more than just reporting. This role is responsible for building the financial foundation of the business, owning key processes, and partnering closely with leadership to support smart, data-driven decisions.

What You’ll Do:

Own core financial operations including month-end close, financial reporting, and payroll
Build and improve financial processes, systems, and reporting frameworks as the business scales
Partner with leadership to provide insights that support growth, profitability, and operational decision-making
Support FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and other teams to understand business drivers
Help bring structure and clarity to a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and financial visibility

What We’re Looking For:

3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, FP&A, or a similar role
Strong understanding of financial reporting and month-end close processes
Comfortable in a hands-on, scrappy environment where you build as you go
Curious about the business beyond finance (operations, supply chain, growth, etc.)
Someone who wants to grow their career and take on increasing ownership and influence
Strong communication skills and the confidence to be a trusted financial partner to leadership
Experience in CPG, manufacturing, packaging, or adjacent industries is a plus (not required)

Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 CAD based on experience
