The Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Artist with a strong visual point of view and a natural pulse on sports, street culture, and pop culture. This role is about creating bold, intentional graphics—rooted in sport but pushed through a contemporary, expressive lens.

Apparel experience isn’t required. What matters most is visual instinct, illustration skill, and the ability to create graphics that feel confident, modern, and culturally aware.

Responsibilities

Create original illustrations, typography, and graphic systems inspired by sport and culture
Develop bold graphic concepts that translate across apparel, campaigns, and brand touchpoints
Interpret creative direction into strong, ownable visuals
Collaborate with creative and design teams to adapt graphics for garments and product
Refine work through feedback while maintaining a clear point of view
Stay current on sports, athletes, streetwear, art, music, and pop culture

What You Bring

A strong foundation in graphic design and illustration
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator required; Photoshop and InDesign)
Confidence in vector illustration, custom marks, and typographic design
A clean but expressive aesthetic—knowing when to push and when to pull back
Cultural fluency in sports and street fashion
Conceptual thinking beyond surface-level style
A portfolio that demonstrates original thinking, restraint, and edge

Nice to Have

Experience designing for apparel or product
Familiarity with print, production, or materials
Motion, experimental, or mixed-media work
Interest in how graphics perform on-body and in motion

Salary Range: $45,000–$65,000 CAD per year
